wrapped, and slow cooked an additional eight (or more!) hours.

aVermonter served over 150 guests at the Army Mountain Warfare School cheese platters, a 150 lb. pig, 40 lbs. slow cooked Texas-style brisket, 20 lbs. "picnic" pork shoulder, 20 lbs. of award winning special sausage. macaroni and cheese, and finished with baked apples drizzled with Vermont Maple Syrup.
Two months later, we were asked to provide FIVE pigs for a celebration for over 500 troops at the facility.
